Single-Founder Corporation

A corporation gives you a formal business structure with limited liability protection and the flexibility to issue stock to investors down the road. This package covers everything you need to get your corporation up and running legally, including preparation and filing of your certificate of incorporation, simple bylaws tailored to your situation, initial organizing resolutions, and issuance of founder shares. This package includes a 20 minutes meeting with an attorney to discuss the matter before we begin, to ensure we're making the right choice. The documents will be prepared by our paralegals and supervised by an attorney. Once the corporation has been formed, and your founding documents are completed, you can book another 20 minute meeting with your attorney to answer any questions you may have, and discuss how to proceed from here. If you have any further questions after your matter has been completed, you can always email us free of charge, or set up a one hour advice and counsel counsel whenever you like, for an additional $500 per one hour session. This formation works well for solo founders who want a clean corporate structure without unnecessary complexity. If you are planning to raise venture capital eventually or prefer the traditional corporate form over an LLC, this is a solid starting point. Our service price for this package is $450. State filing fees are not included and will be quoted separately based on your selection.
